Day 26: Gratitude Affirmation

Morning Inspiration: "Gratitude turns what we have into enough."

Affirmation: I am grateful for all the blessings in my life, big and small.

Today's meditation: Find a quiet place to sit or lie down and take a few deep breaths. Visualize yourself surrounded by peaceful, serene energy, filling your body and mind with a sense of tranquility. Repeat your affirmation to yourself and imagine cultivating inner peace through mindfulness and self-care. Whenever negative thoughts or emotions arise, acknowledge them, and then let them go. Return your focus to your breath and your affirmation. Feel the sense of calm and tranquility that comes from taking the time to care for yourself and cultivate inner peace.
