Day 29: Mindful Breathing Meditation

Morning Inspiration: "Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor."


Affirmation: I am present in this moment and focused on my breath.


Today's meditation: Find a comfortable seated position and take a few deep breaths. Close your eyes and focus on your breath as you inhale and exhale. Notice how your breath feels as it enters and leaves your body. Allow your breath to be your anchor, bringing you back to the present moment whenever your mind starts to wander. If you notice your mind wandering, simply acknowledge the thought or feeling, and gently bring your attention back to your breath. As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine that with each inhale, you are bringing in fresh, positive energy. And with each exhale, you are letting go of negativity and tension. Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into a state of calm and relaxation. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes and return to your day.
