Diddy is facing additional sex crime charges brought forth in a superseding indictment involving two more victims.

Superseding Indictment Issued Against Diddy by Government

Recently, on January 30, the federal government filed an updated 15-page indictment against Diddy in his ongoing criminal case. This indictment mirrors the charges from the original one unsealed on September 17, 2024, which include sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for engaging in prostitution. Diddy remains the sole defendant in the case, but two new alleged victims, referred to as Victim-2 and Victim-3, have been introduced, with their identities undisclosed. Victim-1, identified in the indictment, is Diddy's former girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

In response to the updated indictment, Diddy's lawyer, Marc Angifilo, released a statement to XXL, asserting that no new offenses were presented in this indictment, and the prosecution's theory remains flawed. One new incredulous assertion is that two of Mr. Combs' ex-girlfriends were not actually in relationships but were considered prostitutes. Mr. Combs remains steadfast in his commitment to challenging the charges and aiming for victory at trial.

XXL has reached out to the United States Attorney's Office for their input on this matter.
