Day 21: Follow Your Heart

Morning Inspiration: "Follow your heart, but take your brain with you."

Affirmation: I trust my heart to guide me on the right path. I am open to new possibilities and opportunities. I listen to my intuition and make choices that align with my true purpose.

Today's meditation: Find a quiet place to sit or lie down and take a few deep breaths. Imagine yourself surrounded by a warm, healing light, filling your body and mind with forgiveness and peace. Repeat your affirmation to yourself and imagine yourself releasing negative emotions. Find peace in your heart as you forgive yourself and others. Whenever negative thoughts or emotions arise, acknowledge them, and then offer yourself words of forgiveness and understanding. Return your focus to your breath and your affirmation, feeling the sense of peace and healing that comes from letting go of negative emotions and finding forgiveness.

Something to remember: Trust the journey, even when you don't understand it.
