Morning Inspiration: "Strength doesn't come from what you can do." "It comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn't."
Affirmation: I am strong and capable. I can handle anything that comes my way. I am resilient, and I always bounce back. I trust in my inner strength.
Today's meditation: Take a few deep breaths and visualize yourself surrounded by loving, supportive energy, filling your body and mind with self-compassion. Repeat your affirmation to yourself and imagine treating yourself with the same kindness and care that you offer to others. Whenever negative thoughts or emotions arise, acknowledge them, and then offer yourself words of comfort and understanding. Return your focus to your breath and your affirmation, feeling the sense of self-compassion and love that comes from treating yourself kindly.
